Terms of Service (ChatM)

Welcome to ChatM! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ChatM ("we," "our," or "us") and its services, including AI-powered chat functionalities, leaderboards, and model comparisons. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ChatM.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use ChatM. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Services

ChatM provides AI-powered chatbot interactions where users can send queries to multiple language models simultaneously. Additional features include:

  • Multi-Model AI Chat: Paid service allowing users to interact with 1-3 different AI models at once.
  • Public Leaderboard: Displays rankings of different AI models based on user interactions.
  • Private Leaderboard: Personal rankings based on a user's AI model experiences.
  • LLM Arena: A free feature allowing users to compare two AI models blindly. Unlocks the Private Leaderboard after 10 comparisons.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • You must not use ChatM to generate or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

4. Payment and Subscription

Certain features require payment. Fees and billing terms are disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your input but grant ChatM a license to process and display responses.
  • ChatM retains rights to its platform, services, and AI-generated outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChatM provides AI-generated responses but does not guarantee accuracy or reliability. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the content generated by our models.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ChatM after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
